Winners everywhere

Still going in the right direction. 98.5 kg and now 4,5 kg lighter. I think its mostly due to eating properly. Still enjoying the salad, chicken, steak and vegatable diet. No coffee and lots of water. I have been out walking but have not really tried to up the pace lately. I guess not going to the pub at weekends does also have its advantages. Still however a long way to go.

”King of the Castle” will soon have its first winner. PK and Jacob are the 2 fighting it out. Both finished their run at 4 days. Tonight they are in a play off. In the Kalmar FF - Malmö FF match they have even had to predict the actuall result. PK has gone for 1-1 and Jacob 0-0. The game is now in the second half and it´s 3-3. That result gives the victory to PK. A goal either way and we will have a new play off tomorrow!
