When the going gets tough

”the tough get going” I have heard it from the start. All the ”so called experts” told me that losing the first 5-6 kgs is the easy part! Its the 5-6 kgs after that, that will take some work. It turns out the ”so called experts” might just have a point. The eating properly part is not a problem. I now need to increase my training. I am not sure if i should train longer and harder or train more frequently! Any suggestions are more than welcome!

Champions League again tonight. AC Milan – Marsielle is proberbly the pick of the games but i will be watching Man Utd – Besiktas. I guess i am a bigger fan of english football than i thought. I watched Arsenal – Standard Liege last night and not Barcelona – Inter. I did love reading the match rapports here in Sweden though. Headlines. Barcelona won even without Zlatan!! What a surprise. They happen to be the best side in Europe! Liverpool knocked out as i predicted. They have too many average players at present and without Stevie G in his superman outfit and without Torres as the hitman they are simply not good enough.

Looking forward to next weekends TV Allstars Xmas Party. Skövde again this year! Paddy will be sending the list of participants later today! Should be a good un.

Had lunch with Lasse J, Biggy Wiggy and Pappa Pelle. Kalmar FF was the topic of conversation. They are looking for a new marketing director. I have read the job applications requirements! Lasse J is the logical choice. Thats of course if they dont change their mind and offer Lasse another years playing contract.
