Simon as Commodus!

Weighed into today at 96 kg. I have gotta be happy with that! Still eating salad, chicken, carotts and brussel sprouts and of course training every other day. However i must admit the week in Madeira and Hotell Brofästet´s Xmas Show got me back in some bad habits. Far to many pints and a few fatty meals. I now have 2 weeks to put things right! Next Wednesday Doctor Johnny has called me in for a control weigh in and a condition test. I want to impress, not only Johnny but even myself. Extra sessions this weekend!

Watching Simon and Tomas at the moment. I am not sure about their colour settings but then again what do i know. Simon is obviously from the UK but wasn´t brought up in my area. Plum coloured walls and Latin words would not have been appreciated down the Blind Beggar on the Whitechappel Road. Simon even swares politely. Enjoyable programme however.

Looking forward to Gladiator starting on Kanal 9 soon. Simon would have played the role of  Commodus (Joaquin Phoenix) with grace and elegance.
