Not that fat a bastard!

99,9kg! I am now under the 100kg barrier for the first time since Harrys opened in Kalmar, and i am planning to stay there. After my saturday walk i had a lazy weekend. Still eating the right food but far to little motion. I have now purchased a pedometer so i can control just how many steps are taken daily. A visit to the gym is also a must today.

My only outing this weekend was a trip to Victoria Hallen to see the derby match between Nybro Vikings and Tingsryd. A crowd of 2200 saw an even fight that Tingsryd won 2-1. Nybro had chances when playing power play but were ineffective. Tingsryd are a strong unit and its easy to see why they have now gone 10 matches without defeat.

Tonight is the release party for a new number of KalmarFF´s magazine Focus. As usual Alarm Street Media together with KFF are putting on a fashion show and i am sure it will be a great evening. I have had a sneak preview of Focus and its another quality product. Wastå on the front cover is better looking than ever!
