My first ”little saturday” for ages.

I didn´t watch much of last nights Champions League´s matches. I saw Zlatans goal this morning and from what i have heard both results were a good reflection of the games. Tonight i am going to Harrys to watch Inter – Chelsea. PK is off work this week and he looked thirsty when i met him earlier today. I remember the good old days when were out most Wednesdays (”little saturday” as its known in Sweden) as we usually played every sunday and we made the most of our weekly night out.

Just finished my session in the gym. 5 mins warm up on the bike then my first 4 km run it took 22 mins exact but that extra 1 km will need some adjusting to.

Only 2 weeks left in the Swedish Championships for ”tipsters”. As you might have noticed i haven´t written much about it of late. You probably can guess why! I have this week called in Junior as my ”tips consultant” and lets hope he earns his crust.

Jonas Olsson – West Brom´s central defender and captain named in the squad for the Wales match. A good descision as Wales are about the same level as the Championship in which West Brom play.

Only two Elms it should have been tree!!

Swedens Hockey boys meet Slovakia 06.00 tomorrow. Two questions! Will ”Foppa” get his first point of the tournament? and will Lundqvist keep another clean sheet? My own answers Yes and No.
