Harder than i thought
Publicerad 2009-10-06 kl: 19:01. Kategori: Weight watching, Övrigt103kg and my target is 90kg. Awoke 07.00 monday morning. Put my track suit on and headed for Ängöleden. Colder than i thought but i had my wolly hat on and was walking at a good pace, or so i thought! I had just passed ”Svanen” when i heard someone closing from behind. I thought it must be a jogger and as the steps got closer i moved to one side and was quickly passed by a girl on a power walk!! I decided as it was my first walk not to up the pace and watched the girl dissappear into the distance. I passed Hotell Brofästet,then left under the tunnel, left again then right past the allotments and on to Fredriksskans. Back home 40 mins later!
I am also trying to cut out the fatty foods and have taken some tips from Silver who seems to know what i should and should not be eating. No more bread or potatoes. No Pizzas, Hamburgers, micro pie and baked beans even cut out the coffee! Two days in a row and GI food for lunch. Egg and bacon monday evening without ketchup or HP sauce! Tuesday night and Steak and carrotts with a nice Rocket, Cucumber and Tomato salad.
So far so good. But i know its not going to be easy. Another 07.00 start tomorrow. Same walk as on monday with maybe a better pace. Then Junior is in charge of my first gym session at 17.00. After the Gym its of to watch Nybro Vikings – Karlskrona at Victoria Hallen.
Blåvitt deserved their late winner and have kept the Allsvenskan alive. International football on the coupon this week. I will be presenting my ”stryktips” suggestions on friday. Off to get a cuppa now! Without sugar of course.

I know how you feel, its my route but not 7 am, more pm. But I am one of those powewalkers, not snoozers!!!
Well done B, I am inspired…don’t know about cutting out coffee though.
