Häcken make an arse of Blåvitt!

Spring has arrived in Kalmar! 10 degrees and my new Lansdowne.se jacket made a welcome first appearance.

I visited the gym and was planing on doing some weights and cycling for 10 mins or so. After a few minutes the hamstring injury felt ok so i got on the treadmill and starting running! 14 mins 43 secs later and i had run for 3 km.

12.15 tomorrow and Lasse J (aka Emmaboda Lasse) and Lansdowne.se have a meeting with Harrys regarding a new project that could soon be a reality.

Håkans Bar episode 2 tonight was a disappointment. The two ”dick heads” that thought they were the new Filip and Fredrik were a poor substitute for last weeks ”sällskapsresan” duo.
