Beckham to West Ham?

Quiet Saturday evening. Not a lot that i fancied on the TV so i had an early night. I awoke at 6.45! 6.45 on a sunday. Who is awake at that time on a Sunday? Apparently no one i know. Facebook and MSN were both people free zones so i decided to read the Sunday papers from England online. The News of the World is a cult Sunday read. I am not sure if they actually have any editors and you get the feeling that they use Spielberg, Tarantino and Guy Ritchie wannabees instead of journalists. This said it makes for interesting reading. Todays sporting headlines were Beckham on his way to West Ham and Mourinho will take over at Liverpool if they get rid of their American owners. Great stuff!

Man Utd beat Liverpool 2-1 and once again Torres behaved like a little kid and Gerrard was once again anonymous.

Blackburn then did Man Utd and Arsenal a favour and drew 1-1 with Chelsea.

Hammarby today became Swedish ”Bandy” Champions for the first time. I cant follow the ball when its sunny and today it snowed heavily nearly all game. Not really a perfect TV sport.

Earlier today i watched Bergkvara AIF´S reserve team play Ljungbyholm on Fredriksskans artificial pitch. Kick Off 9.00. The big boss PK was there watching his second string. It was different to what i am used to watching. No spoilt superstars here. No diving, no faking injuries no abusing the referee and no throwing shirts when subsituted. Unfortunately in this match there were no goals either.
