Bad judgement by both Nanne and Ref!
Publicerad 2010-03-28 kl: 21:12. Kategori: ÖvrigtEven Nanne Bergstrand wasn´t too pleased with referee Ingvarssons performance yesterday. I have no idea what Nanne (unnecessarily) said to him after the game but i am sure it wasn´t threatening enough to be reported to the Swedish FA. Its sometimes to easy for referees to hide behind yellow and red cards and misuse their authority. Yesterdays game was played in a very sporting atmosphere. No malicious tackles not a lot of complaining just a good honest game. Ingvarsson had a bad day at the office. He dealt out yellow cards and free kicks when he had no need and then accused Nanne of behaving in a manner that caused an ”aggressive atmosphere” and sending out negative signals. In my opinion the person who was guilty of these accusations was Ingvarsson himself.
Johan Mjällby had a great start as assistant trainer for Celtic. I agree with what ”Paddy” said on TV 4 tonight that its a shame he had to wait until Celtic called to get back in football. One of Swedens best players of recent years not offered a position by any of the Swedish clubs.
Martin Olsson has had a long run in Blackburns first team. He has played at both left back and even as an attacking midfielder and has put in some good performances. If he´s good enough for Big Sam then maybe Hamrén will have him in mind. Not happy about his ”dive” in todays game though.
Åhman-Persson 2 goals for Malmö FF today against Gefle. Two of Halmstads goals scored by Prent and Lundberg! Strange happenings in todays Allsvenskan.
