3 kg to go and ”looking good”

Nearly four months later and 11 kg lighter i ventured into the centre of Kalmar for lunch with Silver and Junior. This time the comments being made have a completely different implication. ”Your looking good”,” i see you´ve been to the gym” and even ”your looking younger nowadays”. I am loving it. 104 kg to 93 kg and my target of 90 kg is getting ever closer. I wont get carried away and set new targets as i know that the kg´s can be gained a lot easier than i have lost them.

I watched the repeat of ”Mästarnas mästare” this morning. An interesting mix of ex athletes who all have the winner mentality in common. The Holm – Sjöberg rivalry is good TV and being reminded of the competitors past achievments is also interesting. I get the feeling however that its a must for the coming weeks that both Sjöberg and Holm survive!

No games postponed this weekend means i can now sit and enjoy my saturday afternoon!
